Regular Season Rates

Mid Week: $175 per night for up to 4 guests, $10 per night per extra guest up to 13 guests (maximum capacity)

Nightly: $195 per night for up to 4 guests, $10 per night per extra guest up to 13 guests (maximum capacity)

Weekly: $1095 per week, for up to 4 guests, $60 per week per extra guest up to 13 guests (maximum capacity)

Monthly: $2995 per month for up to 4 guests, $150 per month per extra guest up to 13 guests (maximum capacity)

During Regular Season 2 nights minimum rental is required. Rates do not include non refundable $125 cleaning fee or $250 security deposit (refundable provided no damage or additional cleaning is required)

Peak Season Rates

Nightly: $225 per night for up to 4 guests, $10 per night per extra guest up to 13 guests (maximum capacity)

Weekly: $1295 per week, for up to 4 guests, $60 per week per extra guest up to 13 guests (maximum capacity)

Monthly: $3795 per month for up to 4 guests, $150 per month per extra guest up to 13 guests (maximum capacity)

During Peak Season 3 nights minimum rental is required except for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years where we have a one week minimum rental. Rates do not include non refundable $125 cleaning fee or $250 security deposit (refundable provided no damage or additional cleaning is required)

You can book your reservation for Tuckaway Ridge up to a year in advance. (Please check our Availability Calendar and feel free to contact us via email or phone).

Monthly and Seasonal rental rates (up to 3 months) are available by emailing us at the above address. Please note that the monthly and seasonal rental rates will be assessed a higher cleaning fee and security deposit than what is listed below, which varies depending on the length of the rental. TERMS & CONDITIONS

The FULL RENTAL AMOUNT must be paid in full a minimum of (30) THIRTY days prior to your arrival date. Any out of country checks must be in US Dollars and must be received at least (60) SIXTY days prior to the arrival date.

There is a $125 Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee that covers the cleaning of the Cabin, laundry and maintenance and cleaning of the Hot Tub.

A refundable $250.00 Security/Damage Deposit is required and must be received within (5) five days to hold your Cabin Reservation. Please note - this is a true Security/Damage Deposit and will not be credited to your stay. It will be refunded in full after your stay provided there are no damages to the property, no theft, no policy violations and the cabin is left in good, reasonably clean condition (extra cleaning beyond the normal will be deducted from the security deposit). Any damages in excess of the security deposit will be billed to the person booking the stay.

Last minute rental of Tuckaway Ridge will be considered, if available.

We do now accept credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover) through our affiliation with PayPal. (For more information please call or email us).

General Information:

The Cabin is set up for adults, however, we do allow well mannered, well behaved and well supervised children.

At least one person 25 years of age or older must handle and be responsible for the renting of the Cabin.

At least one person 25 years of age or older must remain in the Cabin overnight each day of the rental period.

Married couples under the age of 25 must request a waiver. (Note: No Parents may rent Tuckaway Ridge for their children or college students, unless they are over 25 years old.)

Occupancy is limited to Registered Guests only. Absolutely no overnight visitors are allowed.

Occupancy by more than the number of people stated in the Rental Agreement will result in forfeiture of all rental monies, security deposit and eviction from the premises.

"NO PETS" (No exceptions).

"NO SMOKING" Inside of Cabin (Smoking is permitted outside, however, all cigarette butts must be extinguished and placed in outside receptacles provided. No tossing or pitching butts on grounds or in the woods. ALL CIGARETTE BUTTS MUST BE BAGGED AND PLACED IN TRASH CANS BEFORE DEPARTING.

Please do not move furniture or decor inside or outside of cabin.

Long distance phone calls require a calling card. Some cell phones work (T-mobile, AT&T, Cingular), some don't.

A BBQ Grill is provided for your use, however, you must clean and close cover after use and PLEASE be careful of fire as this is log cabin!

No Hunting, No Parties, No Dirt Bikes in subdivision, No Firearms, No Firecrackers, No Illegal Drugs,

No Illegal Activities are permitted on our property.

Cancellations:

All cancellations must be provided in writing via E-Mail, Fax or Certified Mail.

(30)or more days cancellation notice in writing prior to arrival date - ALL RENTAL MONEY Refunded, less $50.00 cancellation fee.

Less than (30) days, but at least (14) days cancellation notice in writing prior to arrival date - ALL RENTAL MONEY, less one half of the security deposit ($125.00) will be refunded.

Less that (14) days, but at least (7) days cancellation notice in writing prior to arrival date - ALL RENTAL MONEY, less Security Deposit ($250.00) will be refunded.

Less than (7) days cancellation notice in writing prior to arrival date - ALL RENTAL MONEY (including Security Deposit) will be forfeited.

NO SHOW POLICY - The total amount of the reservation will be charged.

RETURNED CHECKS - A $50.00 service charge will be incurred for any returned checks.
